QuotaProof
Sales credentials that hold up under scrutiny.
Sales resumes are easy to inflate and hard to check. QuotaProof came to Early with a plan to change that: turn quota attainment, awards, and deal wins into verified digital credentials, backed by the managers who actually signed off on the numbers. They needed the full product built.
Early designed and built the platform end to end: seller portfolios with quota timelines, deal spotlights, and awards; role-based dashboards for sellers, managers, and recruiters; and verification flows that route each submission through manager e-signature and approval queues before a credential is ever issued.
The result is a credential that holds up — permanent, shareable, and verifiable wherever a rep takes it, from LinkedIn to a hiring pipeline. Recruiters can confirm a candidate's track record in seconds instead of taking a resume at its word.
Hiveminder
Serious apiary tools for backyard beekeepers.
Backyard beekeepers track their colonies in damp notebooks and memory. Our client came to Early wanting something better: an app that makes a couple of backyard hives feel like a real apiary, built for the way beekeepers actually work — outdoors, gloves on, often without signal.
We designed and built Hiveminder as a full product. Each hive gets its own profile with queen history, equipment, and photos. Inspections log in under a minute, fully offline. A unified calendar tracks treatments and harvests with reminders for critical dates, and weatherproof QR tags on each hive open the right inspection form straight from a phone camera.
Owners can invite family and mentors with role-based access, follow varroa and population trends across seasons, and ask a built-in AI assistant questions grounded in their own inspection history.
Nest
Calm, shared software for the newborn weeks.
First-time parents are exhausted, and the tools they lean on — notes apps, group texts, midnight searches — make the newborn weeks harder, not easier. Our client needed a partner to take Nest from concept to finished product, and Early handled the full build.
The app gives two parents one shared log for feeds, diapers, and sleep, with live timers so either partner knows where things stand. Curated checklists cover the hospital bag, pediatrician questions, and gear setup. A weekly development section suggests age-appropriate activities, and an AI companion answers parenting questions in context — without standing in for a pediatrician.
The result is one calm place for the newborn weeks — tracking, reminders, guidance, and personal affirmations — built to be usable one-handed at 3 a.m.
Rent Curves
Farmland rent, calculated instead of negotiated.
Rent Curves calculates fair farmland rental rates between farm operators and landowners, replacing back-and-forth negotiation with a transparent formula that adjusts to yield, price, and cost changes. The team came to Early needing a landing page that could make that complex calculation feel simple to a farm audience.
We designed and built an interactive React landing page centered on a spinning-wheel calculator, connected to the Rent Curves backend by API. Visitors choose a crop and region and see a sample rent curve on the spot — no signup, no spreadsheet.
The hardest concept in the product became the first thing a visitor plays with. Landowners and renters grasp what a rent curve is within seconds of arriving, and the page moves them toward registration with the pitch already made.
Claymates
From first click to a seat at the wheel.
Claymates runs ceramic workshops and private events out of their Kansas City studio, open to every age and skill level. The team needed the entire public side of the business handled — a site that felt like the studio, a way for people to book, and a way to get found.
Early designed and built the site around the studio's “Connection Through Clay” identity, set up booking for workshops and private events alongside gift cards and customer accounts, shot the photography, and wired in analytics so the team can see what's working.
We also create and maintain Claymates' ad campaigns, so filling the calendar isn't left to chance. A visitor can land on the site, pick a workshop, and hold a seat in a few clicks — and the owners can see exactly where their bookings come from.
ADHD Becky
A coaching practice clients can book in minutes.
Becky is a certified ADHD coach who works with adults and young adults — many diagnosed later in life, the way she was. She came to us needing a real home for her practice online: a place where prospective clients could understand how she works and book a call without any back-and-forth.
Early handled the full setup. We registered the domain, designed and built the marketing site, and connected scheduling directly to her calendar. The site introduces Becky, walks through the challenges she coaches — overwhelm, time management, organization, routines — and points every call to action at a free intro call.
The result is a practice a visitor can act on immediately: land on the site, see whether coaching is a fit, and have a call on the books in minutes. For an audience that finds follow-through hard, removing every extra step matters.
